Rachel Udkoff is an Interior Architectural Designer, specializing in designing Mikvaot and Sacred Spaces.

Rachel studied in the Chabad seminary, Beis Chana Tzfat, Israel, where she became well versed in many Judaic subjects, and attained her Teudat Morot (Teaching certificate). She returned to Tzfat (The epicenter of Kabbalah) every summer and delved even further into deep chassidic and kabbalistic (esoteric wisdom) concepts. She continued her secular studies at Pratt Institute, where she was able to integrate and merge her background and vast Torah knowledge in the design field, creating a unique and unprecedented niche.

`

Rachel chose architectural design because she wanted to immerse individuals in a space where they not only see the beauty of a design, but are one with the experience and holiness of the place.
Her goal is to integrate profound esoteric concepts in a perceptible and tangible form, arousing comprehension and awareness to those who experience her work. Each piece, no matter how simple it may look, can be explained at a surface level, yet has a depth that can be expounded upon for an eternity with many intricacies leading from one to the next.

Rachel continues to learn on a daily basis, where she is constantly inspired to create based on these teachings. Because of the tremendous depth and content of her work, individuals of all backgrounds and knowledge can each grasp and appreciate its many different layers of meaning.

As a designer, my greatest hope is that these pieces will grow with you throughout the years,

Continually inspiring and intriguing those who gaze upon the work to learn further &

Delve into a deeper level of understanding, meaning and connection to the vast secrets hidden within.
